The hotel staff was almost 3 to 4 persons only total and the service especially food preparation was not good. Otherwise hotel location is very good and hotel as such is ok but not worth more than rs 5000 per night and they are charging about 9000 rupees

It's a very neat and clean property, feels like a beautiful bunglow, excellent staff and service. Decent food and absolutely value for money.

Very nice hotel with helping staff. Located in the centre of srinagar just adjoining dal lake. Had a great and hassle free stay with my family. Room prices are bit high

The hotel is not the worth the value it charged. It lacks the basic facilities even in the bathrooms there were no exhaust fans, no lift. Staff at the reception was very polite in saying no to everything. Veg food was medium but non veg was of good taste but attendant at the dining room mr. Hussain, rahil and javed were very cooperative and polite. We paid 3000- for drivers for night extra.
